WHAT IS MAGICEYESLASER APPLICATION?

Magic Eyes Laser is a method that is applied personally. This method is a quick, outpatient that involves the use of a special laser which removes pigment and changes the eye color from brown to gray or blue. Actually, this is a method of adjusting the color of the patients who has heterochromia or who has a different tone of color in the eye.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE THIS METHOD IS USED ?

First, magic eyes laser developed for heterochromia people. Then it used for dark eyes to make blue eyes. Therefore this method is safe.

CAN I CHOOSE MY EYE COLOR WITH MAGICEYESLASER ?

MagicEyesLaser is designed to remove the pigment that makes your eye black, brown, or hazel and reveal your natural underlying hue—blue or green. MagicEyesLaser procedure cannot change your natural underlying hue.

WHO WILL APPLY THIS LASER TECHNIC?

HOW DOES THE MAGICEYESLASER PROCEDURE?

HOW LONG DOES THE MAGICEYESLASER PROCEDURE TAKE? IS IT PAINFUL?

The total treatment time is less than 5 minutes per eye.  To avoid pain during application, a drop of the anesthetic is placed in the pore. But the operation is not a painful application, even if it is not dropped.

WHAT IS THE RECOVERY TIME AFTER THE MAGICEYESLASER PROCEDURE?

Patients can drive and return to their normal routines shortly after the procedure. After the laser operation, you can maintain a normal life flow. Night driving is not generally recommended during the first day because your pupils will be temporarily constricted and this will make it slightly harder to see at night.

DOES THE MAGICEYESLASER APPLICATION WORK ON ALL DARK EYES?

Magiceyeslaser application works on all dark eye-color variations and on all races and ethnicities.

IS MAGICEYESLASER METHOD SUITABLE FOR ALL PEOPLE ?

The tests required before the operation can be applied to all persons who do not have any problem to constitute. Patients who have had a successful Lasik or PRK operation in the past may also do so if they are eligible after the necessary tests.

WHO CAN APPLY LASER COLOR CHANGING METHOD ?

Patients should be at least 18 years old before undergoing this procedure. Clinicians may also impose stricter age requirements.

IS THAT METHOD SUITABLE WITH MYOPE-HYPERMETROPE-ASTIGMATIC-PRESBYOPLA ?

You can have this operation, if you wish our doctor can treat these diseases before or after eye color change operation.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO STAY IN TURKEY IF I LIVE ABROUD?

You should stay in Turkey for 7-10 days for eye color change laser operation. Close follow-up of patients is important. If you have darker eyes, you might stay more than 10 days in Turkey.

IS LASER RESULT PERMANENT?

Yes, the result is a permanent change in eye color.

WILL MY EYE COLOR CHANGE IMMEDIATELY ?

After 10 days the hue changes, in the first month you can see the change clearly and in the third-sixth month the final hue comes up. Dark color eyes need more application for a lighter color.

IS THE MAGICEYESLASER APPLICATION SAFE?

Side effects of the laser color change process are very small. There are no side effects detected so far but there may be side effects that can occur theoretically.

DOES THE MAGICEYESLASER APPLICATION INCREASE SENSITIVITY TO LIGHT?

People with light eyes have less pigment on the front surface of their irises, but they also have less pigment throughout their eyes, including less pigment protecting the retinas in the backs of their eyes. As a result, these eyes are more sensitive to light than the more heavily pigmented retinas of people with dark eyes. MagicEyesLaser does not remove pigment from or otherwise affect the retina, so it would not increase light sensitivity.

WILL THE MAGICEYESLASER APPLICATION AFFECT MY VISION?

MagicEyesLaser treats only iris. It does not enter the pupil or treat any portion of the inside of the eye, which is where important components of vision are located.
